Not to worry. A lot of people feel nervous when they're starting therapy for the first time. We can have a conversation about what you're struggling with and take it from there. You can share as much or as little as you want.
In the first session, we can focus on getting to know each other and talk about what you might want to work on in therapy. I know starting therapy for the first time can be daunting. We will do whatever we can to make you feel comfortable.
