If you're the kind of person who looks like you've got it all together on the outside, but on the inside you're constantly over-thinking, second guessing yourself, and feeling like it's never enough, you're in the right place.
Maybe you set high standards for yourself. You might replay conversations in your head, obsess over small mistakes, and feel like you're only "okay" when you're being productive. You might even feel guilty for resting, or for saying no. It's exhausting!
I work with adolescent girls (ages 12+) and adult women who are tired of the pressure to be perfect all the time. I specialize in eating disorders, body image, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. In therapy, we'll untangle the patterns that are keeping you stuck; the negative self-talk, the fear of failure, the pressure to please- and replace them with self-compassion, clarity, and realistic expectations.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which can help you understand your thoughts, shift unhelpful patterns, and take meaningful action. We can work together to help you feel more confident, more grounded, and more like you- not just the version of you the world expects.
